1. Documents shall use the following as a naming convention:
   1. Dissertation Question (assignment 1)
   2. Dissertation Protocol (assignment 2)
   3. Dissertation Inventory (assignment 3)
   4. Dissertation Data Inventory (Google Doc)
   5. Dissertation Propositional Inventory (Google Doc)
   6. Dissertation Project Document (mgt protocol)
   7. Dissertation Report (Final Assignment)
   8. Version control
      1. Following File name
      2. Date
      3. V#
      4. Initials of last author (JT if joint)
      5. Backups will be kept four ways
         1. Email
         2. Google Docs (?)
         3. Drop Box
         4. Thumb drive
            1. i.      One in office
            2. ii.      One at home
            3. Notes will also be shared using google shared documents
            4. Journal will be kept using blog software
               1. www.jimflowers.com/research journal
               2. Text files will be kept in Word 2007 format
               3. Citations will be managed using Zotero
